exercise to strengthen my bones. Keeping these activities a part of my life this year is a resolution I
intend to keep.
Food for the soul? Literature and film do it for me. I always have a book or three going at one time. Right now it's The Glass Books of the Dream Eaters by Gordon Dahlquist, Things Fall Apart by the wonderful Nigerian writer Chinua Achebe and In a Different Voice by Carol Gilligan.
I hope you've set your own personal goals for 2007 and that taking care of your bone health is one of them.
Until next month, be well —
